Trust me its over. "If any" are two words that might as well say shareholders are entitled to nothing. In order prove a remedy where shareholders get paid the plaintiffs would have to prove that because director wasn't removable except for cause and not at will that the NWS resulted because of that.
No court is going to dissolve a whole agency or the actions of that agency, the conservatorship itself or even just the 3rd amendment NWS because one director wasn't removable. No I am not buying that argument.
If Thompson couldn't convince the court the NWS was ultra vires then I have even less confidence that he could convince a court that because some dude can't be fired they have to undo the NWS.

Could lean to settlement, only motivation though MAY be to exercise warrants for housing goals-
Who knows though, it’s been theft and abomination of law for over a decade-
