all trials should be over now. only takes 5-10 days to determine if B helps or not. Results should be out very soon. if not, we know Leo is pulling a Purisol on us

There is no Russian trial, and no US trial.

There is one trial with centers in Russia and the US.

According to IPIX they expect the study to be completed in terms of patient follow up by early August:

Allowing for a reasonable period for following up missing data, cleaning up the case report forms (CRF) and running the stats, analysing the data then a reasonable expectation for top line data would be end-August or more likely September.

But this is IPIX, so it's possible it will be later than this or even that we never hear the outcome of this study.
