I'm not chastising anyone. You made a statement that I was caught off guard. I simply responded to that pointing out my prior posts as evidence contesting your conclusion. Don't be mad that I didn't lose $$. The information was posted, which many here did not want to hear, and for folks to evaluate and make their own decisions. Sorry if you are underwater here. I take no joy in that for anyone.
I don't think the Judge waited so long to rule to send a message. In my opinion, she seemed like she was planning to rule in our favor based on the hearing. At some point politics happened behind closed doors. That triggered the delay to wait and see the outcome of the election. No reason to do a favor for a political party out of power. The party asking for the favor won the election, so the wish was granted. There will be a big reward in her future somewhere down the road. She will get elevated to Court of Appeals or Supreme Court. Watch and see. This is how the game is played at that level.
