Good point. I leave all technical aspects in F&F investments and the various dockets to better minds on our board. What I feel though is there will be some very simplistic findings by the SCOTUS like definition of “conservative” and how long it should last regarding FnF and how to remedy issues with stockholders’ investments.

Your thoughts about a trading halt may be highly possible…just too much initial turbulence brought on by the pending decision.

Yes, another significant point to consider by SCOTUS. It's not every day that they provide an opinion that can radically and instantly transform a specific public company's share price.

Some keep asking why hasn't the opinion come out yet? I believe that the opinion has been decided for some time now, and it's now a matter of timing and logistics based on the far reaching effects of such an opinion to the companies, the economy, and the U S Treasury.

But I am also convinced that we will see it before SCOTUS goes on recess.
