I'm just here to say that while I fully expect it to be tomorrow, don't be surprised. It's been time to make things right here for a LONG time!

From the March 16 PR:

“This will be the last extension to the LOI after which the transaction is expected to close by June 23, 2021,” he continued. “We are looking forward to completing this transaction and entering into the growing stem cell market with Global Stem Cells Group.”

Closing by June 23rd. WORST CASE could mean we see it the morning of the 24th. Just being real. It would defy logic but is possible. I'm betting on tomorrow premarket as well.
