Not so sure I share your optimism - but I hope you are correct. Changes this late in the game are concerning for a go forward approval. Might need additional time.

$SNPW ALERT>Agreed:He has been there since the beginning.Terry Gray, a member of DEM’s upper management, attended a meeting with Campanella and Johnston Mayor Joseph Polisena in 2018, when the town was considering sites for a waste gasification facility near Shun Pike. Campanella said a building at 1 Industrial Lane was considered until the landlord increased the rent to an unacceptable cost.


As #2 Gray had to sign off on the project for it to even make it to the directors desk. He’s a hazardous waste engineer and knows the ins and out of the system technically. Now he is the one who gets to make the final approval. This is great news for Medrecycler approval.
