As to my statement about folks investing in something they don't understand I was referring to the 101 decision and the appeal. As I said on many prior occasions - the 101 decision was solely before Casper and it was her decision to make. A lot of folks here on the board were relying on prior PTAB and CAFC decisions. I tried to point out that was wishful thinking and not how it works. People are suggesting since it's a political decision the CAFC should overturn it or they have their own opinion on 101. I realize not everyone understands the Court process and how things work. However, for those who choose to participate in a significant investment it is worth doing some homework and separate some of the bs and pumping that was on this board from real facts. I took a lot of heat for presenting facts that folks didn't want to hear and was even suggested that I be removed from the board by one of the popular posters leading the pumping. No one benefits from censorship. That is purely to manipulate those who may formulate a different opinion from hearing both sides of a story. Folks can draw their own conclusions. Why continue to follow folks who have posted incorrect or misleading information? Many here chose to do that because it's fun to be part of the herd.

Actually, I did and do have skin in the game. However, if you read my many posts debating the perils of the 101 with others on here you would realize that I had significant concerns about the 101. Based on that I pulled a large portion of my investment and did quite well with that. When the bad news hit that Friday folks asked what I would do. I suggested buy the dip from .025 - .05. I bought in that range and sold more on the bounce to the teens. I am playing with house money at this point and still have a significant position, but also booked a nice profit.

I'm also surprised you would come to that conclusion, if you were here reading the board during the past year. There were several on here who cautioned about timelines and CAFC and returns to the PTAB. As far as I can recall, I was the only one sounding the alarm about the 101. So no, I wasn't surprised by what happened with the 101. I also stated I was long the stock on several occasions because one of the geniuses here accused me of shorting the stock, which is laughable. So yes, I was and am still long the stock, but de-risked/limited my position based on my significant concerns regarding 101.
