A RM and IPO are two different ways to take a company public. They are different in how it happens but the result is the same and because of that some people conflate the two. Wouldnt think a company who made the decision between the two would be loose with the terminology but then again....
An initial public offering (IPO) refers to the process of offering shares of a private corporation to the public in a new stock issuance. Public share issuance allows a company to raise capital from public investors. IMO you will see financials soon with the price elevating to between .12-.15 cents. An IPO offering of .10 cents would then be a major incentive to investors on the side expecting this to run to .25-.50. Once invested the hope is people will stay, knowing new companies in this economy will grow. Sure the "fear promoters" will spin in different way but if you follow the present patterns and charts that is what will happen.
