I have been trying to get the point across about the number of shares not being in our favor. I get slammed everytime. One poster insists that dilution doesn't matter, it will all be gone with a good ruling. I could easily agree with that if HCMC didn't have 308 billion shares. Most OTC are 1 to 10 billion and any award would go a lot further with a smaller number of shares. The reality in my thinking is that most of the award money is going to HCMC patent holders and not much left for us. We will make money if others start to buy the stock, not from the lawsuit.
I hope I am wrong but numbers don't lie.
