FFGO - Yes, there are brokers who are taking shares out of accounts. They cannot do that legally without consent. ETRADE decided to keep the shares in place.

Exactly...I'd like to know how many shares that each of us shareholders have, never tried to take the tax loss or made their brokers return the shares to their perspective portfolios because they were removed. Not worth it to write off these shares anyways.
