Good morning everyone!! Lazar agreeing to support the custodianship application is certainly a positive development. Speculating here, maybe the potential merger target was brought to Lazar's attention and Lazar got impressed and gave in to GS. Who knows!!

Is that Lazar ceded custodianship to GS. I don't know the history, but to me it seems that he did this because GS is further along in identifying a merger partner.
