Yes sir I 100 percent agree! you know as my daddy once told me once you drive that Cadillac off that dealership lot it already lost money but with Real Estate, it will just continue to make you money. CAVR (Sinacori) knows what they doin because if they didn't, the City of Charlotte wouldn't have worked with them.
