Quite a bit different from the definitive statement made when they backed out of the Unified Cannabis offer. That was first disclosed in a 10-Q and didn't leave anything on the table outside of legalization on a federal level, which could still happen I suppose.

On February 24, 2020, and in light of our expansion of our global supply chain efforts, the Company has determined that in accordance with this continued direction of supply chain management, we have determined not to pursue any “plant touching” assets in the United States at this time, until regulations have changed, and have determined not to pursue any transaction with Unified Cannabis as previously announced.


The previously executed Letter of Intent with Recommerce Group, Inc. has expired, although the Company has continued discussions with Recommerce Group,Inc. about a potential business combination

Still sharing the same address and not paying rent. Until that changes, I would think there is a fairly good chance of some sort of combination of the two companies.
