Please follow the reality of the recent filings and what is officially reported by the ceo in these filings. Ceo states himself that he holds no where near 1m shares. What’s the confusion?

Simple math dictates the ceo held around 435,000 shares before he dumped 150,000 shares in the last week or so. 285,000+150,000 equals what dude?
