This is where you and others doing likewise lose me. I have not purchased ANY MSSV shares. Doing so at current pricing gives me the willies. It does not make any sense to me that anyone can expect MSSV shares to do anything but go down.

There shouldn't be anyone thinking LAHO SHs are going to see obtaining MSSV shares valued at $.19!!! Sure it is possible that the first SH to cash in their preferred shares would get .19 but they would ALSO get hit with a drastic reduction in LAHO shares being converted to MSSV shares. Remember, the number of MSSV shares you get depends on the O/S at the time of conversion.

Early on far less O/S until the number of SHs convert. At that time there will be nearly 3B MSSV/GSCG shares...highly unlikely to support $.05 much less $.19 due to dilution! That is how I see it. How could anyone at this point believe MSSV shares are going to 'BOOM' when such dilutive O/S lies on the horizon as LAHO SHs convert to MSSV/GSCG shares.

If I wait it out and convert when the O/S is much higher to get MORE shares at conversion, I would (accordingly should) have MILLIONS of shares. Convince me I would have millions of shares valued at $.20 or more????

What the heck am I missing here????

Holding shares of MSSV is the only way to make your money back.

Holding preferred shares is going to look pretty, but that’s about it.

If you even end up getting them.
