My Broker Etrade makes a market in CAVR and 10,000 other OTC stocks. They have no one assigned to watch any of these stocks. All trading is done by computer except for those clients who do not have on line trading accounts. They do not manipulate the market in any way.

Maybe Etrade isn't the one you should be worried about and/or calling about manipulation questions lol. :)
