No, she did not do that. She dismissed both of George's motions, and said that if the company doesn't catch up with its filings by 30 June, George can file a new motion.

What's wrong is that nobody seems to realize that 30 June is a false deadline, created by OTC Markets for administrative reasons. The real deadline, set by the SEC, is 28 September.
