Did it ever occur to you that XU suddenly came up with a Chinese CAR company to dangle like a rotten carrot in front of you?
Your rantings about your BMW and your failed attempts to sell cars are documented all over social media. Of course, that's what Xu would use!
The Chinese car company doesn't exist. They don't plan to sell cars and they certainly don't plan to buy a real auto manufacturer. They only plan to blow out the share structure, dilute it to oblivion and sell shares to enrich Xu and his merry band of co-conspirators.
You have been had. In spades! Take whatever scraps Xu offers you and move on with your life. Take care of your wife and mom (if, indeed, they really need your help).
