If that really is the case why not set him straight? Who is going to buy the shares as part of a secret deal 3 years in the making? When will they buy them and how much are they paying for them? Why is the deal taking so long to be announced to the public. How did they possibly keep it from the shareholders, the general public for so long and why did they not have to file any SEC docs disclosing the 2nd step?
