That is misleading. June 30th is just an arbitrary date which the OTC has recommended all the filings be submitted to allow them time to review before the hard compliance date of September 26th.

Non-current Companies aren’t gong to be automatically delisted come next Wednesday. Maybe after Sept 26 and even then the OTC will allow some flexibility if you have your filings submitted but still waiting on approval
