i have to laugh at people who think active management opposing custodianship is "not good news." it's actually excellent news. it means that the company has to prove that they are active and trying to do business, which may even work out more successfully for shareholders. stupid sellers don't process information without any analysis or reasoning.
also, people are forgetting that in order for old cgud management to win against custodianship, they have to get current with the state and produce filings. so, it's a win-win for shareholders.
