I believe you're right with one exception, I believe the systems in the hospitals are leased for limited periods of time. I believe that PCTL is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and that at the end of the lease it can be renewed, or replaced with newer models.
Other than the fluid and containers the company sells, I believe that nearly everything else they provide is leased, I'm of the belief that you cannot purchase an HOCL generator from the company.
