The problem here seems to be that someone who boasted about talking to the CEO and being certain of the immediate future is the same person who also boasted that he was responsible for CUBT running to .23 and trading millions of shares above .18 for months. His conviction that the stock would be higher is why CUBT stayed around
18 for so long.

But, alas, the stock decline is the responsibility of management. He did his part, keeping people in. All management needed to do to make him look good was to follow his instructions. Tweet. Do press releases. Announce a dividend. Announce management is buying.

In other words, jeopardize the long term future for one last pop to vindicate himself.

I appreciate being drawn to being alerted to a promising investment, but the advice to go full bore Penny Stock promo would have driven me away.
