You do realized when there is a reverse split, the authorized shares remain the same, only the outstanding reduces. So, no matter what the ratio is for a reverse split the authorized stays at 50 billion.


Reverse stock splits don't affect the number of authorized shares, but a forward stock split issues new stock from the company's authorized shares.
