Sorry but the FDA issued a CRL because they refused to approve Sequest. They also provided Elite with a list of Sequests deficiencies.

Elite had a year to send the FDA a response to remedy those deficiencies.

Elites response resulted in total failure as Sequest evolved into ZombieSequest

This is well known and everyone agrees
