Who is going to buy any significant amount of shares knowing a 1 for 1000 split is iminent. Toxic financiers are not stupid. Only uninformed retail buyers may enter pre split. Any due dilgence would show this is a scam. Forget the vote. KW needs to fund it himself through IND submission if he believes at all in his own company. My bet is he won't invest 1 cent (two shares lol). He is counting on gullible retail investors to pay his way.

Hahaha~! Total scam. 50 billion shares so Farm-A-Site can fund itself to complete an FDA list it will never be able to complete.

I thought Uncle Kenny said the company would have everything in perfect order when submitting the IND to the FDA. So when they submitted the IND nothing was in perfect order. FDA slapped a HOLD on IND which means REJECTED.

And now the NASDAQ scam arrives........

What's next for this Con artists dream?

Yeah vote yes so Uncle Kenny can continue to bilk money from investors and live a nice life style at investor expense.
