No, it’s recommended companies get the filings in by that date, it is not a requirement. It’s in black and white. Sure, getting filings in as soon as possible is prudent, but it’s not mandatory. That’s why the amendment gives companies going thru a reverse merger an additional 18 months. I provided the link and verbiage earlier.
