I saw this happen at another ticker which was revoked last week. That company in an 8-K filing stated there would be a total loss (whatever the precise language was), yet hundreds of millions of shares were traded between the 8-K and the revocation.
$ARYC is currently not an SEC reporting company (witness how poorly it performed when it was) so shareholders here aren't getting the same alert of what is going to happen.
They can do whatever they want. Nothing will change the outcome of this story.
