Personally, I do not invest in any non-SEC registrant OTC issuer.
The CEO claims Miller is gone, but it was Miller that brought the (essentially worthless) RCM claims into the shell. The new CEO has zero mining experience, which speaks volumes.
The latest news was underwhelming, at best.
Miller's indictment will have a negative effect on the company and stock, imo.
