Montanore Your observation regarding the number of stocks coming off the grey market is different from what I have read posters on other boards assert. As a shareholder of PRED I know how long it took and that it seems to have been difficult to return to the pink sheets. The pps was up from a low below 5 cents to about 24 cents now. That company is current with its filings.
In the case of this company there was next to no trading about three months on the grey market as far as I remember. When trading on the pink sheets t he pps has been as high as $ 0.0040 twice at the beginning and end of April. That is about two months ago. For a period the pps was very volatile but seens to have stabilized around $ 0.0015.
Otc stocks are usually pretty worthless fundamentally but the pps often swing violently. That is why speculators put their money in these stocks. This goes for this company too of course. Since management has suggested that one can expect news around the end of this month it would be reasonable to expect a substanial run-up of the pps in the period leading up to the end of the month. If there is news then the character of the news will probably be decisive regarding the subsequent pps. The pps msy move higher or drop back. This is of course a speculative stock like almost all OTC stocks. A very low percentage of them generate any profits and cannot be assessed on the basis of their profits.
