Most "spin-off" shares are worthless uness the company itself is traded publicly..spinoff shares in a private company (even if it's a wholly owned subsidiary of a public company) are essentially worthless..its and old smoke and mirrors trick that shell companies do to create and image of value..even novice traders know this...
