CEO used the term significant, at least that is what I remember. I believe it was phrased "at a significant discount". I would bet he is prohibited from saying anything more precise. And why would we want him to?
It looks to me like this is support and folks are waiting for more data (any number of things) or a later date (closer to another settlement) to raise the support level.
