IMO - It is very sad and I have serious doubts that Inovio will be able to help. They are constantly pushing out target dates, searching for funders and partners. Inovio failed to produce results in a timely manner for the DoD for 4800 and P3 funding was canceled. This was the best opportunity Kim has ever had and he pissed it down his leg. For Inovio, I suggest having extremely low expeditions.

Has the fda p3 hold been lifted for the zapper? This hold was announced sept of last year. Hardly timely and as I recall, Kim stated just a few easy questions to answer. IMO - Kim has a tendency to downplay what are potentially serious issues to the investment community.
