This is easy - just tell me numbers.

So let's get down to the heart of it. Lets consider that you have studied up on Cyio and Dr. choice and 24 and Helio more than most have - no faking around no dance and shuffle.

And lets consider that I've done the same thing.

Here's the meat and potatoes of the story then:

1. How much net profit did Helio make as a private company in the 1st quarter of this 2021 year ?

2. How much net profit did Helio make in fiscal year 2020?

3. How many full time or part time employees does Helio have as of June 1st 2021?

4. How many full or part time employees does all the rest of CYIO have excluding Helio's numbers ?

5. Who is doing the actual product selling of Drs. Choice and 24 products (excluding any distributorship agreements) ? And how many people are employed at CYIO to perform those actual selling and marketing functions for CYIO (not Helio related) ?


My point is this - if as well informed and aware as you are - can you answer those questions - and if you can't - how can you know what you are invested in ? All of these questions should be available at this time.

I'm not even touching on some more indepth info I know others don't.

All of the above 5 listed items I showed - should be easily answerable by anyone who is familiar and studied the company thoroughly and fully. We acquired Helio and that information would have been provided months ago as part of the conditions of acquisition.
