I thought so too but now I'm not so sure.

Apparently his wife's name is Jennifer, who is also the contact person, which is where the J in MJ Miller Construction very likely could've come from. I haven't been able to find anything with Mark J Miller on it connected to NWGC. Just a bunch of people saying it's Mark J Miller.
