bosman, this is why I do not trust my broker (Fidelity) or anyone other than the APES here.

Will see if I get my proxy Monday or Tuesday. If it still doesn't work I go to the websites suggested and do it that way. This should NOT be a difficult process. Have voted many proxies in the past and this one takes the cake.

There may well be so many shareholders in AMC that it has caused a glitch.
