Fair answer - appreciated ! I just hope people's expectations are tempered. I doubt this goes past a $1.6B BO and there's not too many options if ya don't have a money tree after what has been done to you for 10 years and counting. GLTY

Let's call it 149M fully diluted as what drops off gets replaced with goodies/stock options for Mgt. Plus more and more high level people are being hired as the weeks go by.

Another raise and warrants could really HURT - Who TF would want another say 9M shares and 9M low priced warrants ?? If MDT forces them to raise again after final Milestone in late Sept. - to help with say Human trials and FDA submittal costs - then fully diluted becomes ~167 ish Million shares.

$1.6B BO Divided by 167M shares is a PPS of $9.58. Again, excitement for maybe a TRIPLE after 10 years time ?? DUMB
