They kick and scream because losing this case sets a bad precedent. I'd bet every last share of NLST I own that this GOOG theft is NOT an isolated incident and with this win there is hope given to other companies that they've ripped off. It's finally time to pay the piper.

I wonder how many other GOOGs are out there that NetList has not discovered yet..... using NLST's seminal patents to make business more efficient. Maybe knowingly or maybe not even realizing it. Probably still some big players out there doing this. Maybe for years.

As money rolls into NetList I think we see more lawsuits and more discovery.
