Can you read? I have said the same thing over and over. But in case of cognitive delay I will restate: Putin and Moscow mayor are what- dopes? There is a trial in their capital with data already back- mostly done- and they know nothing? Cases are going up and up and they will not help their people or announce trial done on Russian soil. That tells me it failed. Some one knows- yes, even though they should not have access to the data.

But they do know. So we wait for Leo to announce failure in September. If we are lucky.
