Not exactly. We had word that the NI Report was being completed finally. And yes the website was undergoing updates. It seems as if things are finally coming together as per "the plan.". And that is why the stock was rising. These steps of progress are very significant. So, to call it a "pump" is not entirely accurate. Where we are askew is that "the plan" is unknown as compared to what has been assumed (based on some confusing PRs/tweets). We are in no way down and out at STHC. There is IMO a plan to include STHC in this whole business mix still. It is just a matter of how it will be used IMO.
