This will be in the 125 area soon. The court date is a formality and was only pushed back because there is a deal involved. Unasserted claims already barred. Can't stop the vacate.

Like I said, they would have vacated at the last hearing if there wasn't a deal in place. If it were a regular vacate they could move it up but it's not so it is still a mere formality because the end of proof of claims was granted.
