It is really quite strange with my CU since I get the same popup regarding cookies but only for bill pay using Chrome.

All my other banking access just works fine with all my other accounts.

But when I go to bill pay I get the error message about cookies and try as I did following their instructions I gave up.

It only involves 2 bills so I said screw it and use MSFT's newest browser for them.

Someday I may reach out to my CU and ask them what's up.
