#166540 RE: Market Makers Exist #166537

From the CEO of Artizen (And GERS), Kevin Kreisler.

He's made about a dozen posts on the GreenShift board. His IHUB profile is GreenShift.

KK stated in post #50855 that GERS eliminated all dilutive debt, there's been zero dilution since filings were suspended, that GERS is working on becoming current. He also said he's the CEO of Artizen and Artizen is licensed with GERS.

I also completed a personal investment in a company called Artizen Corporation, who also became a GreenShift licensee and appointed me as its chief executive officer.

On 02/20/21, he posted the following...

The filings will be brought current before completing any strategic transactions.

We fought for many years to preserve and advance our portfolio to build value.

We stayed public to allow all of our stakeholders to participate in whatever that may be.

Speaking personally, I intend to do everything in my power to maximize that value, especially including for each of you. Doing so is about many things beyond my obligation as a fiduciary. Responsibility. Appreciation. Redemption. Vindication. Disruption.

We proved that globally-meaningful change is possible. We delivered tremendous value to an industry, but we/I failed to bring that value back to our shareholders. We were before our time in 2005. Now is the time. I have zero interest in gamesmanship.

A Little History on GreenShift's Cannabis Yield & Oil Extraction Technology...

GERS Invested $1.17MM Or More In Cannabis Technology By Funding Canalytix (PVSP)
The next 2 links are GERS' SEC filings and the last link is PVSP's filing...

During 2015 and the first 9 months of 2016 (last filing) GERS invested in Cannabis technology by funding Plaid Canary (Canalytix).
I believe the $1.17MM (possibly more since then) was funding Dr. Kenneth Hughes who adapted our corn oil extraction technology into cutting-edge cannabis oil extraction technology.

Quote:
During 2015, the Company loaned about $30,000 to Plaid Canary Corporation ("PCC"), for use in the development of agricultural technology. The Company additionally incurred about $684,000 in research and development costs involving its efforts with PCC and agricultural technology.

GERS has been funding Dr. Kenneth Hughes' development of cannabis technology which Dr. Hughes derived directly from our corn oil extraction technology.

Quote:
Our Chief Science Officer, Dr. Kenneth Hughes, is leading our research and development activities directed towards development of technologies that will yield products and services useful to the cannabis industry. Dr. Hughes is a specialist in the realization of products for agricultural and cleantech applications based on complex technology. Dr. Hughes is exploring technologies currently used by our affiliates for extraction of corn oil during the production of ethanol, and is adapting that know-how to enable the cost-effective extraction of oil from the cannabis plant. Success in that endeavor would provide us a leading-edge position in the expanding marijuana production industry..

KK also stated in a public PR that he was planning to transfer his entire stake in PVSP to GERS.
If that happened and if PVSP completes the purchase of Artizen, then GERS will own a large % of it's licensee.

Good Luck To All!$!$
