even though your allegations about me are completely unfounded... The 10Q and its implications is what finally opened my eyes and confirmed that McBride was acting against most shareholders' interests and scheming to take control for peanuts, in my view...
In early January, I came very close to sue McBride and SEVU and my Attorney corresponded with McBride, then... I decided to give the new Management team a chance BUT they now have lost any Credibility through their supporting this borderline fraudulent PP...
I am not making any efforts to enlist shareholders to support the lawsuit, they're already there and it appears that you just want a FREE ride and all derived Benefits, without partaking in any of the cost... Typical and not surprising...
