Are you uncomfortable with the Purchaser being allowed to decide for themselves? Once they said they wanted assurances of having the option to pay the third party for their components, does that mean to you that they HAVE to? Do they have an opportunity in your eyes to decide they just don’t want them and close the deal without the components if that’s what they want?
