Yaay! PLUG had to restate 2 years of earnings which precipitated a 60% drop in the share price. Yaay!

Yaay! PLUG said they would announce quarter 1 earnings on June 14 and now it's June 17th and no earnings yet. Yaay!

Yaay! Earnings are late and the company doesn't think it's necessary to inform the SEC or there stakeholders of how long the delay will be. Yaay!
