You could be right. Just thinking if the Medi in R.I. is a done deal, and new legislation wouldn't apply to the Medi, why are they spending money in R.I as opposed to investing it in the next states.

PS Did SNPW disclose they hired a lobbyist firm back in May? I don't recall them tweeting, updating etc this item. Hmm.
