Yes as they were closing the deal. Then they closed it and presented it to the judge for approval, and it was approved. So they wanted the option but ended up not wanting the third parties components. Oh well.
“Certain Assets” was clearly described. LCYB purchased ALL of BioAmber’s assets save and except for the cash, AR, Inventory and some US located office furniture. All other assets were indeed purchased by LCYB. This is clearly shown in the 100 or so pages in the APA
You should ask Reverdia if LCYB purchased those components from them after they took over the plant. I mean it was Reverdia’s tech that LCYB had initially thought about taking over after paying the back royalties that BioAmber couldn’t pay. After that call up LCYB and ask them how they have the plant running and where they buy their components lol
