TRADER Don’t they need to drop some filings before the end of June to begin the process to become pink current? Or is the fact that the TA is Verified and they have a Verified Profile suffice?

I’m liking this analysis by Weedie!! Anything to add?

$GGSM .0036, +20% on heavier than average volume. Bullish price action, back above all moving averages (daily timeframe). Next: reclaim of the .005 area. Then we are setup for an an update from the company to bring a 100M vol day that pushes us over .01. Accum has held new range.

OTC Markets Pink status deadlines June 30/September 28, 2021!

Maybe somebody should pass this along to Volha, Rudi, Miguel, Eduardo and the gang and light a fire under their butts to get their filings submitted in the next few weeks! ;-)

Impacted Pink companies should provide the required disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th. This will ensure that our Issuer Compliance Team has sufficient time to review and update market status for companies prior to the rule’s compliance date on September 28th. Securities that do not meet the Rule’s disclosure standard will have their public quotes removed from Pink as of the September deadline.
