Some 3 years ago an RXMD shareholder sold all his 2 million shares at $.019, before the quick rise to $.26. Is this still relevant today, it appears so? LOL

What issues - Defendant's have raised counter-claims against the plaintiff as well as moved to dismiss plaintiff's complaint.

You should know that anyone can file an action in a court of law...it's another thing proving what one alleges in a complaint.

Most importantly, what you keep posting has nothing to do with RXMD. So what's your point.
